8th Graders
Coming to High School?
8th Graders are invited to attend a Specialty Center Fair in October.

During the month of October, online applications will be available for students and their families to complete.
​
There will be open houses hosted by Specialty Centers. Please be sure to visit the ones that you are interested in. Please reach out to your desired specialty center(s) for their open house dates.

And don't forget to think of your favorite teachers! You'll need them for specialty centers that require recommendations!

The Application Window is currently closed for the 2023-24 School Year. If you applied, please look for an email or letter from the coordinators of the programs that you applied to!
9th & 10th Graders (Meadowbrook ONLY)
Midyear and End of Year Applicants
Students who are recommended by their teachers or are interested in the program should email Mr. Lynch, IB Coordinator, at jelani_lynch@ccpsnet.net. After a discussion, and the student continues to show interest, they will be encouraged to complete a Meadowbrook specific specialty center form. Students will need to provide the name of a teacher who Mr. Lynch can reach out to for a recommendation. Students will be contacted for an interview and after a transcript review, students will be notified of their application status.
Transfer Students From IB Programs
If you are a student from another school outside of Chesterfield County Public Schools and you were in the IB Program there, you are able to come directly into the IB program as long as you have an interest in continuing in the IB program and you are in good academic and behavioral standing.
